最終的な契約はここで取りましたが、自分から空きを見つけて契約の手続きをお願いしました。
梅田周辺の物件を探していて、物件を探すプロセスでは福島周辺(場所の候補を絞ることはできましたが)を推しているので、他の地域(豊中など)の物件の話はあまりできませんでした(客で料金を支払うとはいえインターネット上で候補物件を調べてから行くのが正しい態度なのかもしれません)。
物件を探す上でのヒントのご説明はいろいろいただくことはできました。
契約手続きでは、書類の記載の一部に不備があったり、一部説明に不備があったうえで一言を添えなかったり、LINE対応など全体的な印象でうーんって部分がありました。
何万円程度のお金を支払うので、もう少しサービスのクオリティーがあってもよいかなと思います。
しかし、契約の手続きを迅速に進めていただいたこと、LINEでの連絡が早く取れることは良かったです。

あまり事前に物件探しをできていないにも関わらず、あらかじめ伝えておいたこちらの条件を元に、いろいろ物件を探して下さいました。
家賃もこちらの予算内の物件のみにして下さり、高い物件を押し付けるなどということは一切なく、安心して物件探しができました。
手続きや困った時の対応は電話やメールはもちろん、LINEでも気楽にやり取りができて非常に助かりました。
