★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり広い芝生広場で、特にイベントが無い限り全く広いスペースをいくら使っても使い余るほどで空いている。
見る限りお勧めは軟球での野球やサッカー、バレーボール等で、これでもかというほどのスペースを使って自由に遊ぶことが出来る。さすがに硬式でスパイクを履いた本格的な野球はできないとは思うが。
周回道路があり適度な（かなりの）アップダウンがあるため、ランナーがよく周回訓練に使用しているし、ランナーの訓練に非常に適すると思う。
そのため円形広場に入る際は、手前の道路でランナーや自転車とぶつからないようによく左右を確認してから入ったほうが良い。
またやや小ぶりな屋外コンサートホールがあり、イベント時以外はほぼ誰も使わず一般開放されている。
このため、ちょっとした歌の練習や楽器の練習や、素人ライブ的なもののリハには、このいつでも自由に使用できる野外舞台は使い勝手が良いだろう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名前の通り上から見ると〇。ジョギングしたり散歩したりペットの散歩とか、いろんな人がいっぱいです。家族連れで野球やったりサッカーしたりバトミントンとか楽しそうです。ステージもあるので、イベントでも大勢集まりますね。駐車場わきなのでとても便利です。ここから港の反対側まであるくと結構な距離があります。ポートタワーに登って見下ろすとこんな感じですというのが添付の写真。
