★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An ok area with a nice view towards Tokyo Bay. Other than that and the tower there's not much to do in the area. Seems to be mainly a pace to go for family with children. If you're walking there there's a art museum close by. There seems to be a bus from the area to the train station but it only runs about twice every hour, and most probably paid service.
