★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浜松に引っ越してきて近場でいい美容室ないかなと行ったところ。最初は丁寧にカウンセリングしてくれていい印象もちました。その3ヶ月後カット、カラー、トリートメントをしてもらいに行きましたがお店が忙しかったのか担当の方はほぼ来ずアシスタントばっかり。シャンプーもアシスタント（男）の方にしてもらったけどひっぱられて痛い。頭皮弱い方じゃないけどほんとに痛い。何回も「リラックスしてくださいね〜」とか言われるけど痛いんじゃリラックスできるかボケって思いながら耐えた。カラーもアシスタントがしてくれたけど塗ってる時に「あっ…」て言ってどっか行った。絶対なんか間違えたじゃん…。担当も登場して間違えたとか説明とかもされずまたヌリヌリされた。カットで担当登場。これは伝え方をアホでも分かる様にしなかった私も悪いけど、毛先を整えてほしいですと伝え3分くらいでカット終了。え、これだけ…？！「こちらで大丈夫ですか？」って言われたけど苦笑いしか出来なかった。今までいい美容院に行ってきたから気づかなかったけどちゃんと伝えないとこうなるのかと反省しました。3分カットでもカット料金5000円くらいちゃんと請求してました。アシスタントも担当も技術見直した方がいいですね。わたしも直接指摘しなかったことに後悔しています。
この件があって元々通ってた美容室にUターン。カットちょっと酷いですね…まずは伸ばしましょうって言われた笑

I had my assistant (male) shampoo, but it hurts because I was pulled. I'm not a weak scalp, but it really hurts. Many times I was asked "Please relax", but I endured it while thinking that I could relax if it hurts. The assistant did the color, but when I was painting it, I said "Oh ..." and went somewhere. You definitely made a mistake ... The person in charge also appeared and it was not possible to explain that he made a mistake, and he was squeezed again. Appeared in charge in the cut. This is bad for me, who didn't make it easy to understand how to convey it, but I told him that I wanted the hair tips to be trimmed, and the cut was completed in about 3 minutes. Eh, this is all ...? !! I was asked "Is it okay here?" But I could only laugh bitterly. I didn't notice it because I went to a good beauty salon so far, but I regret that it will happen if I don't tell it properly. Even with a 3-minute cut, I was properly charged a cut fee of about 5,000 yen. Both the assistant and the person in charge should review the technology. I regret not having pointed it out directly.
