裏手は散策路になっていて植物や鳥のさえずりを聴きながら20分ほどで展望台に出る。赤石山脈(南アルプス)から八ヶ岳までの絶景が広がる。
Temple of the Tendai sect where you can enjoy the history and silence.
The back is a walkway, and it takes you to the observation deck in about 20 minutes while listening to the songs of plants and birds. Great views from the Akaishi Mountains (Southern Alps) to Yatsugatake spread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何気無く寄ってみましたが、とても歴史のある大きなお寺のようで、樹齢何百年かしらと思われる大きな樹木もたくさんあり、自由に鐘突もでき、本堂には決してぶつからない馬の絵や観音さま、仁王さまなどが格子の隙間から見えて素晴らしいお寺でした。お賽銭を上げお参りし、おみくじを引いたら２つくっついて取れたので１００円を追加して見たら、大吉と末吉で夫婦二人で仲良く縁起の良い思いで帰路へ。
すると、帰り道には花桃が街道にいっぱい植わっていて感動して帰って来ました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場が満車に近いのに拝観者は少なし。皆さん登山のために利用しているのですな?。歴史を感じる杉の古木参道。立派なお堂を持つ天台宗の寺院。静寂さのなか自由に撞ける鐘の音が響きます☺️。
