入居前からあったっぽいスズメバチの巣について問い合わせたが自分で駆除しろと。逆に文句を言ってくる始末。サイトにはスズメバチの巣を見つけたら駆除するので連絡するようにとありますが。

相談や交渉等受け付けてくれる姿勢ではなく、電話の応対も信じられないくらいに雑です。
入居の際にお世話になったいい部屋ネットは非常に親切な対応をしてくれただけに残念でなりません。
