★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ＪＲ春日井駅から歩いてすぐの場所にある寿司居酒屋、平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はカウンター８席とテーブル３卓の席数、１７時前と早めの時間に入ったので一番乗りでした。
寿司ダイニングということでメニューはお寿司やお刺身などをメインに串焼き、揚げ物、簡単なおつまみなどがあり、また、ケイちゃんや漬物ステーキ、明宝ハムなど岐阜の料理もいくつかありました。
まずは大好物の漬物ステーキと豚の角煮を注文、漬物ステーキはアツアツの鉄板で登場、なので漬物の下に敷いてある卵はすぐに固まってしまいましたがアツアツの漬物ってホントお酒のアテにぴったりなんですよね。豚の角煮もしっかりと甘めの煮汁がお肉に染みわたっていてすごく柔らかい、とろとろの甘い脂も最高です。
シメには握り五貫と巻き一本盛りを注文、まぐろ、イカ、かんぱち、海老、ホタテ、鉄火巻きとシメにつまむにはちょうど良い感じ、少し軽めの三貫バージョンもあるのでお腹の具合に合わせてってところですね。しっかりした旨みの赤身、すごく甘みのある帆立などどれもなかなか良かったです。
チョット早めの１６時から営業してくれているのは何気にうれしいですね。お寿司も気軽につまめる値段だし、ゲソの石焼きとか活たこしゃぶしゃぶとかまだまだ気になる料理もあったのでまた近くに来ることがあれば立ち寄ってみたいですね、ごちそうさまでした。
I tried using it on a weekday night, a sushi bar located just a short walk from JR Kasugai Station. The number of seats at the counter 8 seats and 3 tables in the store, and it was early time before 17:00, so it was the first ride.
As for sushi dining, the menu mainly consisted of sushi and sashimi, skewers, fried foods, simple snacks, and some Gifu dishes such as Kei-chan, pickled steak, and Meiho ham.
First of all, I ordered my favorite pickle steak and pork simmered, and the pickle steak appeared on the hot iron plate, so the egg laid under the pickle quickly solidified, but the hot pickle is really sake. It's perfect for attestation. The pork simmered in the simmered sweet broth is so soft that it's very tender, and the thick, sweet fat is also the best.
For shime, I ordered 5 hand-rolled sushi and 1 roll, and it feels good to pinch on tuna, squid, kanpachi, shrimp, scallops, iron rolls and creme, and there is also a slightly lighter version of 3 pieces, so it's hungry. It's a place to match. The solid savory red meat and the very sweet scallop were all very good.
It's nice to be in business since 16:00, a little early. It's a cheap price to eat sushi, and there are still some dishes that I'm still worried about, such as geso's stone grill or live octopus shabu-shabu, so I'd like to drop in if there's a chance to come near me again.

17時過ぎでしたがお客さんは2人。1人は常連さんなのか店員の女の子とずっと大きな声で話してました?
カウンターとテーブルがあり、カウンターで色々頂きましたが白子焼きにいくらにカニ味噌甲羅焼き。
どれも美味かった?
鉄火巻だけはわさび強すぎて味なんにも分かりませんでしたけど( ･᷄ὢ･᷅ )笑
お酒はサワー系お値打ちキャンペーン中で安く飲めてよかったです✨
雰囲気もよくてゆっくりできました?

I stopped by when I was drinking alone.

There is a counter and a table, and I had various things at the counter, but how much crab miso shell grilled for milt grilling.
Everything was delicious ?
I couldn't understand the taste of Tekka Maki because it was too strong (･ ᷄ὢ ･ ᷅) lol
I'm glad I could drink alcohol cheaply during the sour-based value-for-money campaign ✨
The atmosphere was good and I was able to relax ?
