久しぶりに思いやりのない対応を受けました。
「午前中の受付は終了しました。」
「午後は2時から受付開始です。」
これで終わり。
時計を見ると11時1分にもなっていない。
普通なら大丈夫です、どうぞ、と言って受付出来ると思う。
私なら、そうする。
私も医療関係者だ。
ここは銀行ですか？
買い物に来てるわけじゃない、辛くて来てるのに全く思いやりがない。
受付はその施設の顔です。
もし、この口コミを院長が見ることがあったなら、改善する必要があることを知って欲しい。
好立地で患者が多く、気を悪くして帰った患者など、気にも留めないだろうが、こんな高飛車な態度では患者の満足度は向上しないでしょう。
とにかく、こんなところには二度と行かない。

電話による対応がただただ不快。
自分の用件だけを伝えて「それでは失礼します。」と言われ、こちらも聞きたいことがあり、ちょっと待ってくださいと言ったが終始「はい、それでは失礼します。」と3回繰り返して言われる始末。
マニュアルに書いてあることしか対応しない
機械のような対応に加え終始はやく電話を切りたいとしか思えない対応にただただ不快感しか感じず、
本当にクリニックとして医療活動してるのかも信用できない。
受付の対応がクリニックの顔だと言うこと理解してないことが今回のことでわかりました。
このような電話対応が当たり前のクリニックならもう行くことはない。
