金額は、しっかりとした和牛を使うからか、かなり高額です
料亭ですから、若い人やファミレス目当ての人には入りにくいです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 創業役 約150年。明治時代から続く老舗のすき焼き屋。お肉は米沢牛A5、特別な仕入れルートから、特別な切り方でオーダーしている。他の店と違い、地元新発田の契約農家から買った玉ねぎ、長ネギ、しらたき、卵を使用。いずれもすき焼き用に特別に用意したもの。国有有形文化財の古民家の中で食すすき焼きは絶品である。
About 150 years as a founding member. A well-established long-lasting Sukiyaki restaurant from the Meiji era. The meat is ordered from Yonezawa beef A 5, special purchase route, with special cutting method. Unlike other shops, I used onion, long leek, shirataki and eggs I bought from contract farmers in local Shibata. Both are specially prepared for sukiyaki. Sukiyaki to eat in an old private house of state-owned tangible cultural property is exquisite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明るい大女将からすき焼きを目の前で調理していただけます。お肉は米沢牛で大判でほどよい厚みがあり、ボリューム満点です。お肉を口に入れるとうっとりしてしまう美味しさです。歴史を感じる建物も素晴らしいです。
You can cook sukiyaki right in front of you from the bright landlady. The meat is Yonezawa beef, which is large and has a moderate thickness, and is full of volume. It is delicious that you will be fascinated when you put the meat in your mouth. The historical building is also wonderful.
