★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付番号札の仕組みがないので取り入れた方がいいです。もっとも、新庁舎になればあるんでしょうけど。
こちらの課に用事があって行きましたが、窓口対応は3箇所で、全部埋まっていました。男性の職員さんが来てくれて、包括課がいっぱいだから終わり次第お呼びするので待っていて下さいとの事。私の後にも2,3人来て順番を待っていました。
15分ぐらい待った時、窓口が1つ空いたのですが何も声がかからないまま、来たばかりの外国人の方が空いた席の方へ行きました。日本語は流暢でした。順番待ちを説明してくれるかと思いきや、外国人と親しげに話をされる女性職員がおりその外国人の方と話を始め、手続きもし始めました。
私を含め待っていた方もえ？という雰囲気でした。みんな長い時間待っていますのできちんと順番で案内するようにして下さい。周りの状況を見てほしいです。それとも順番が前後する何かがあるなら説明するべきです。
