★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市役所の本庁舎を補完する建物だと言えるでしょう。建築と土木に関わるような部署が配置されていて、利用や占有、届け出などの申請手続き等で行く人も多いのではないでしょうか。
３階建てですが、市の建物らしさなのか、階段の一段一段の高さは多少、浅く、高齢の方に若干の配慮があるような雰囲気です。
お手洗いは東端しにありますので、公衆利用の方は職員さんたちのカウンターの前を通り過ぎて行く必要がありますが、職員の方も利用するお手洗いですので、ある意味では「お互い様」だと割り切って、堂々と行かれれば良いのではないか、と思います。
It can be said that this building complements the main building of the city hall. There are departments related to architecture and civil engineering, and many people go through application procedures such as use, occupation, and notification.
Although it is a three-story building, the height of each step of the stairs is slightly shallower, so it seems like a city building.
There is a restroom at the east end, so those who use the public need to pass in front of the staff's counter, but the staff also use it, so in a sense it is divisible I think it would be nice to go there.
