★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メールしてもまったく読みません。社長に連絡すると「私はメール ネットは出来ない」なので悪くないと、と胸貼って言います。 この店から連絡は来ない どころではない。 連絡は全部こっちから、あっちから来ることはない。間違いだらけの物件図面、違ってても何も悪びれない 社長は上から目線のタメ口の話し方。失敗したら逃げまくる。 電話に出ない。 そして無理やりの言い訳で契約破棄 大切な売買物件、絶対関わらないほうがいい 。 私は他の不動産屋に変えました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪の不動産屋です。設備が壊れていようが何も対処してくれません。全部自費で現状渡しと言われます。契約書が都市ガスだったので入居後ガス屋さんを呼ぶとプロパンガスだと言われ騙されました！仲介業者へお問い合わせましたがお互いなすり付けあいこちらの毎月の料金など無視で都市ガスに変更工事も自費でと聞きました。入居3日連続ゴキブリがでて入居前の駆除はしてくれていないみたいなので今後絶対に住みたくない物件です
