★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここまで酷い保険会社とは思ってもいませんでした。
担当が虚偽説明をして加入者の権利を損失させるような対応をされました。(その後本社に確認したら説明は虚偽であると判明しました)
加入する時の商品説明とは異なる内容でしたので、対応は酷いと感じます。
知識のない人間であれば騙されたり、権利を失った事に気づかない様な手口もありました。
悪質であったので音声や書類も保管しております。
どの保険会社も担当者によって印象は大きく変わるのでしょうが、明らかな虚偽説明を行い、本社の説明すら否定する非常識な担当者がいる保険会社でした。
