After them telling us which documents we needed we went there a second time and they actually said that everything is fine, but when we arrived at home they called us and told us that they had made ANOTHER MISTAKE. If that wasn't enough they then asked that we come by a third time. We then told them to send us whatever they want us to fill out (again) and we would send it back, and that was okay. So be warned - it is likely that you will deal with people that are not professional and when they make mistakes they might ask you to fix them - very sad!
