タクシードライバーがごみ満載のコンビニ袋片手に身障者用トイレに入り、なに食わぬ顔して手ぶらで出てくるのを目にすると非常に不愉快な気分になる。
Since the water for hand washing only comes out while the valve is being pushed down, it does not serve as a "water supply for hand washing" at all.
It feels very uncomfortable when a taxi driver enters a handicapped toilet with one handful of garbage-filled bags and sees a blank face with empty hands.
