★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つい最近初めてお邪魔させていただいたのですが、閉店ギリギリな中、凄く丁寧にしていただいて沢山褒めて頂けて嬉しかったです。近所の店舗はあまり対応が良くなかったので、これから買う時は多少遠くてもこちらに通おうと思いました。
 It was the first time for me to bother you recently, but I was glad that you were very polite and praised a lot while the store was close to closing. The stores in the neighborhood weren't very responsive, so when I bought it from now on, I thought I'd go there even if it was a little far away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 男性BAさんの気が利かない。目の前のお客様を一生懸命接客しているのはわかるんだけど、店内にいる他のお客様が明らかに声かけ待っているのに「少々お待ちください」の一言すらない。ちらちら見てわかっているはずなのに、順番待ちの番号札すら渡さない。奥にいる他のBAさんに「接客お願いします」くらい言ったらいいのに。自分が対応された訳じゃないけど、見ていてちょっと…って感じでした。この人に接客されたくないかな。
Male BA is not smart. I understand that you are serving the customer in front of you very hard, but even though the other customers in the store are clearly waiting for you, you can't even say "please wait a moment". I should have glanced at it, but I didn't even give it a waiting number tag. I wish I could say "Please serve customers" to the other BAs in the back. I didn't deal with it, but when I was looking at it, I felt like ... I don't want to be served by this person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dior他店の口コミは厳しいものが多いので少し構えて伺いましたが、とても気持ちのいい接客でした。日曜日の忙しい最中で、整理券を取ってから10分程度待ちはしましたが、その後の気遣い溢れる言葉がけや、商品準備のスムーズさ、説明の丁寧さ、どれも嬉しい対応でした。担当してくださったBAさんに最後にお名前の読み方を伺ったらお名刺も頂きました。近隣のイベントついでに伺ったので遠方ではありますが、またこちらの店舗で買物する際はMさんから買いたいなと思います。ありがとうございました。
