午前中に伺ったのですが、お客さんがいても、店員同士でやりたくない、帰りたいなどと話していて、とても嫌な気分になりました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アイシャドウのTUをお願いしたところ「え、タッチアップですか…？」「付けるんですか…？」「え、どうしたいんですか？」とやる気のない意味のわからない反応をされた
その後ほかの店員に代わりTU開始
カウンターに行った時も「アイシャドウ付いてますがアイメイク落としますか？落としませんか？」と
落とさないでどうやってメイクするのですか…
落とし方も下手くそで結局元のアイシャドウ落としきれないまま上からTU
色重ねて分かるんですかね？
商品名を言っても「え？どれですか？」「うーん…」「来てください笑」と…探して欲しい…
肝心のTUも超下手
自分でやった方がマシなレベル
マット系のアイシャドウを塗ってもらったがムラだらけだししたまぶたにもはみ出してクマみたいになった
その際言い訳のように「ラメが入ってた方がやっぱり可愛いし良いですよね！」と
その上「片目だけで良いですか？」と
チグハグな目でどうやって帰れと？
コンセプトがセルフで選ぶ場所だから仕方ないのかもしれないが、接客は期待しない方が良い
あまりにもひどい
品揃えも入荷待ちばかりで悪い
店舗が近くにあるならそちらへ行った方が良い

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まあ、Diorというより、Dior商品を扱っているショップといった感じです。ざっとだいたい揃っている商品群。やはりピンポイントで欲しいものはきちんとした店舗テナントなどがよいようです。
