M	Masako Tsutano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年明けの土曜日、近隣の飲食店がどこも入れなかったのでダメ元で当日電話してみたところ空いているとのことだったのでこれはついている！と思い喜んで行きました。お友だちは初訪問だったので喜んでもらえること間違いなし！と思いウキウキと(^^)私も久々の訪問でした。しかし、ちょっと期待外れの結果に。大将は元々明るい方ではなかったのですが、その部分をカバーされていた奥さまがおられない。たまたまなのか、はたまたおられなくなったのかはわかりません。奥さまは近所で朝ご飯のお店を出されたのでそのせいでこっちには来なくなったのかな？スタッフは２人。可もなく不可もなくの接客。お料理のお味は相変わらず美味しかったけれど、カウンター上のお料理はスムーズに出て来ますが、注文してから作る料理の出方が？？？って感じで。全てのお料理食べ終わった後でサラダが出てくるとかね。お味噌汁がなぜか人数分サービスで出て来ましたが、何の説明もなく机に置かれて？って感じ。色々勿体ないなぁと感じました。お料理は味も大切ですが、やはり接客も大事。接客はお料理の味を上げるし下げるんじゃないかなぁと思いつつ、こんな体験をしてしまうと今までみたいにお友だちに紹介しにくいなぁと思ってしまいました。 On the Saturday of the new year, there were no nearby restaurants, so when I called on the day, I found that it was vacant, so this is on!
