★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 次男が幼年期に『疳の虫封じ』のお祓いをして頂きました。お経が珍しい響きで、恐らくサンスクリット語？の様な感じ、の発音で思い出のお寺です。 御堂が三か所あり全てお参りするのが流儀でしょうか？機会が有ればゆっくりと参拝してみたいと思います。

I visited because it was a relay point for Atsumi Peninsula Ekiden. It seems to be the headquarters of Tokugawa Ieyasu.

餅投げや玉取りなど昔ながらのお祭りが楽しめます

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長い歴史のある真言宗寺院で、近くを通る時にはよく立ち寄ります。長仙寺ウェブサイトには「遅くとも室町時代には建立されていた・・・」とありとおり、歴史を感じさせる建物や庭園があり、格式の高さを感じます。
桜の写真は、長仙寺裏の駐車場から見た茶畑と蔵王山です。
It is a Shingon Buddhist temple with a long history, and I often stop by when passing nearby. As the Chosenji website says, "It was built at the latest in the Muromachi period ...", there are buildings and gardens that make you feel the history, and you can feel the height of the style.
The photo of the cherry blossoms is the tea plantation and Mt. Zao seen from the parking lot behind Chosenji Temple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 由緒あるお寺みたいですね。コロナ禍のお陰でやはり誰も居ない状態で御朱印帳も頂けませんでした。
It looks like a venerable temple. Thanks to the corona wreck, I couldn't get the red stamp book without anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前の道路を通った時、山門の凄さに引き返しました。
残念ながら山門は倒壊寸前で近寄ることは出来ません。
よーく見ると柱は虫食いかの様な穴空き状態で補助の柱が沢山支えています。裏の屋根には草が生えていて朽ちるのを待ってるかの様で残念でした。
境内は広くて徳川家康が戦国時代に陣営？として利用したのは納得します。
