ジム内は綺麗で清潔感がありよかったです。
トレーナーさんは40代の方で、コミニケーションをとっていただきながら、約1時間程指導していただきました。
初心者向けジムという事で丁寧にキックボクシングを教えていただくことができたと思います。
とても楽しかったので、仕事の都合で続けられそうなら入会してみようと思っています。
