y	y shine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イル・プル・シュル・ラ・セーヌに勤務していたパティシエの方のお店と聞いて伺いました。昔からある住宅街の中の、一軒家の庭先にあり、大人が2人も入ればいっぱいになるくらいの広さです。お店の中は手作りの飾りが飾られた、アットホームな空間です。ショーウィンドウには6種類くらいのケーキが並んでいました。その中で、厚いシフォンケーキに生クリームをたっぷり挟んだ、大きなシフォンケーキサンドを購入しました。チョコレートクリームを挟んだシフォンケーキサンドを食べましたが、クリームのコクがあるのに、後味に甘ったるさがなく、今流行りのハイカカオのチョコレートのようなすっきりした味でした。なので、アルコールは入っていないようですが、カカオのビターな風味があるので、子供よりも大人向きの味だと思います。惜しむらくは、シフォンケーキ本体のキメで、キメが粗く、口に入れた時にクリームがたっぷり挟まれているのにシフォンケーキの生地にパサつきを感じました。年配の人では飲み込みづらいように思います。他店で食べた、冷凍のスポンジケーキに似たパサつきだったので、キメが細かい生地になったならば、なめらかなクリームにもっと合いそうだと思います。 I heard that it was the restaurant of the pastry chef who worked at Ile-Pur-sur-la-Seine.
