西	西島三郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人タクシー業を営んでいる高齢の母と亀岡の愛宕神社と出雲大神宮を参拝して周り　参道でいつもお店をされている女性に　昼食にお勧めのお店を伺うと　躊躇なく此処を教えて頂いた。早速　予約を入れてナビで向かうと　®️9号線の一筋南の街道沿いに面していて　見た目は大き目の住宅で、6台分程の駐車スペースが確保して有り　控え目な看板なので　通り過ぎそうになりました。斜め向かいに　亀山城から移築された城門が　小学校の校門となっているので目印にどうぞ！大きめの玄関に入ると　奥から此処の娘さんらしきスタッフが出迎えに来て　畳敷きの和室のテーブル席に案内されました。このお店を教えてくれた方の話し通り　1500円の懐石弁当?は、京都市内のどのお店にも真似出来ない内容で、長年観光タクシーをしている母の話では　倍額出しても無いとの事でした！先ず眼で楽しませてくれて、京料理の真髄　素材を活かす味付けに　温度の温・冷のメリハリも有り　味の変化もしっかり楽しめました。最後に小鉢に入ったコーヒーゼリーなんかは　パティシエの経験の有る私から見ても　一切の無駄を省いたらこうなるのかも？と思わせてくれる逸品です。カウンター席奥の厨房の御主人や娘さんのフォローをされてる奥様に　とってもチャーミングな娘さんのいる素敵なお店でした。次来る時は娘や息子も誘って来たいですね。 Visit an elderly mother who runs a private taxi business, Atago Shrine in Kameoka and Izumo Daijingu Shrine, and go to a woman who is always on the approach to a restaurant.
