決めたお部屋近くの美味しいお店や、楽しい場所も教えて下さり今までの不動産屋さんにはない感じでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約書類を送付しても、到着した連絡もない。鍵の渡し方等についても確認の連絡もない。電話で意見を言ったが、店舗に伺っても担当者がフロアにいるにも関わらず謝罪もない。有限会社はこんなものなのかと。サービスや情報管理などのレベルは最低。二度と関わらないし、他の人に紹介もしないです。非常に嫌な思いをしました。

アパート何件か借りたことありましたが、
初めて重要事項って説明をちゃんとしてもらえた。説明しないと罰則あるんだそうです。
何件か不動産屋回りましたが、
物件説明、見積書作成も提示してくれました。
あとしつこく追ってこないのも嬉しかったな。
飲食店詳しい人がスタッフにいて、個人的にはそれが楽しかった。

不動産情報も必要な説明不足と、大家との連携もとれておらず、何かあれば、契約者に責任があるかのような言動には頭にきました。
二度と利用することもないですし、関わりたくないですね。
