k	koichi okayama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年12月19日来店。彼女が私の誕生日にこちらでバースデーケーキを事前に電話予約してくれたのですが受取日当日お店に行くと、予約を受けていないのでケーキは用意していないと店主と思われる男性に言われたそうです。予約の電話を受けたのもその男性だったそうですがアルバイトの女性に誰が電話を受けたのか責任を擦り付け自分は悪くないような態度をとったそうです。彼女は予約時に受取日時を復唱して念入りに予約したそうで予約を漏らすはずがないと言っていました。結局、代わりのケーキとお詫びのクッキー2枚をいただいて私のところに持ってきてくれましたが、楽しみに受け取りに行った彼女の泣き顔が忘れられません。お店として予約を忘れるというようなことは絶対あってはならないと思います。仮にあったとしてももう少し誠意を見せるべきではないでしょうか。代わりにいただいたチョコレートケーキは美味しくいただきましたが口コミがよかっただけに大変残念でした。 Visited on December 19, 2021.
