・Web予約システムのみはいいです
高熱を出したため先生に、診て貰いたかったですが受付の方か看護師の方かはわからないですが厳しい口調で受診を断られました
コロナ禍だからか急な予約が面倒だったのかはわかりかねますがどうなのかなーと思います
星5にしたかったです

すごく親身になってくれてとても好感度良いです。
ただ受付の子供の症状を聞く看護師さんの対応が塩過ぎて、なんとなく小児科なのになあなんて思いました。
高望みかもしれませんが、気になりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生は優しくて丁寧に診察したり声がけしてくれたりします。ただ、ここにも書かれていますが看護師の対応が…。説明不十分なのに、こちらが悪いような対応されたり。待合室システムしっかり説明していただきたい。分からない人なら、中待合室なのか分からないです。小児科少ないので行ってましたが、予防接種の説明とかもないまま注射となったり。残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予防接種や発熱を伴う風邪の時に利用しています。予約システムが子連れ受診には助かります。ただ、薬の処方が大体メインなので耳鼻咽喉科のような処置はしてくれません。鼻水でお困りの方は耳鼻咽喉科の利用も考えては？
因みに、院内敷地に隣接する薬局は待ち時間が長く、まだ小さくて待てないお子様や体調不良で早く帰宅したい方には利用不向きです。
