★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 従業員が注文入れるの忘れたせいでこっちは訳も分からず数十分も待っているというのに、それが発覚した時、ニコニコ笑いながら「申し訳ございません」と。
「もう結構です」と、注文入れようとするのを断ってお会計済ませようとしたら、その従業員はもう別のテーブルで接客中。何があったかわからない、心配そうに見ている他の従業員さんに「大丈夫です」と言いながら。こっちは大丈夫じゃないんだけどなー
ミスするのは良いとして、謝る時はちゃんと謝らないとといけないということもわかっていないのかと、唖然とした。
大声で怒鳴っていないだけで、これも立派なクレームだというのに、常識的にあり得ない接客態度。
他の従業員さんはテキパキしていて明るくていいのだが、もう二度と行かない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前からよく利用します。以前は一部接客は微妙だなと思っていましたが、店員さんが様変わりして、良い店員さんが増えたと思います。先月行ったのですが、食べたいメニューで幼児が食べるようなシンプルなのが無かったのですが、たまたま暇な時間帯で、作ってくれました。
広い座敷もあるし、お子さん連れも結構いて、年齢関係なく入りやすいと思います。メガ盛り等もあるので、ちょっとした宴会とかも楽しめると思います。
