と	とちぎのキタキツネ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幹線道路から少し入ったところ、目の前が田んぼというロケーションにある蕎麦屋さんです。入り口を入ると下駄箱があり、靴を脱ぎ、更にドアを開けて進む必要があります。ちょっと敷居が高く感じる部分です。店内は純和風の作りで、席数はそれほど多くはありません。厨房と客席もドアで仕切られていて、コロナ対策なのか、基本は締切られています。かき揚げ付きの盛りそばを注文、待ち時間は長めです。蕎麦とかき揚げに漬物という定番の組合せに加えて、デザートの黒餡蜜が添えられていました。蕎麦自体は腰があり食感も良いのですが、蕎麦感がやや弱いです。つなぎが多いのかな？かき揚げは熱々ではなく、揚げてから少し時間が経っている感じでした。全体としては満足できると思います(^.^) A short walk from the main road, you will find a soba restaurant in front of you in a rice field.
