怪奇な岩層！
奇妙な形状の不思議な岩壁群！
歩いてそこらじゅうを歩けるのでとても楽しいです。
人も少ないのでお忍びデートにも良いですよ。
起伏もそんなに高低差が無いので、散策出来ちゃいます。
大間から30分。
函館からフェリーで着いた後、むつ市まで向かう途中にあるジオサイトです。
釣り道具も車に積んで来れば魚釣りもできます。
カニさんもいます。
下北半島はとても広いですが、このような自然豊かなジオサイトが点在しており、すべてをくまなく周り周回するのも楽しいですね。
風間浦の温泉旅館に宿泊しても良し（冬は鮟鱇フルコースで舌鼓）、佐井村方面で民宿に宿泊して豪華な地物の山菜、海鮮フルコースの食事を、楽しんでも良し。
大間に行けば冷凍ではない生のマグロ丼が食べられます。
こんなの銀座でも食べられません！（添付の写真は、大間のマグロ丼です！旨すぎてそして安い！！）
下北半島一周旅行は頑張ればまる１日あれば制覇できますが、時間に余裕があれば、是非ともどこかで一泊してゆったり過ごしたいですね。

A strange rock formation!
A strange group of strangely shaped rock walls!
It's a lot of fun because you can walk all over the place.
There are few people, so it's good for a stealth date.
There is not much difference in elevation, so you can take a walk.
30 minutes from Oma.
After arriving by ferry from Hakodate, it is a geosite on the way to Mutsu City.
You can also fish if you load your fishing equipment into the car.
There is also a crab.
The Shimokita Peninsula is very large, but with such natural rich geosites scattered around, it's fun to go all around.
You can stay at a hot spring inn in Kazamaura (in the winter, enjoy a full course with a sardine eel), or stay at a guesthouse in the direction of Saimura to enjoy the deluxe local wild plants and seafood full course meals.
If you go to Oma, you can eat raw tuna rice that is not frozen.
You can't eat even in this kind of Ginza! (The attached photo is a bowl of tuna rice from Oma! It's too delicious and cheap!!)
If you do your best, you can conquer the Shimokita Peninsula round trip in one day, but if you have time, I definitely want to stay overnight somewhere.
Come on. Shimokita Peninsula.

また、色々な地層を見ることができるので、ジオパークとしてもおすすめスポットですし、色々な海藻が繁茂していて下北半島の自然の豊かさを体感できる場所でもあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初夏に行きましたが強風と雨で浜は大荒れで特徴的な浜を見られませんでした。
大間崎から尻屋崎に向かう間で天気が良ければ海が綺麗だろうな、と思います。

If the weather is good while going from Omazaki to Shiriyazaki, I think the sea would be beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長い時間をかけた波の力によって不思議な形に浸食された岩石と、そこに棲む海洋生物が同時に楽しめる貴重な場所です。
年代は新第三紀、岩相は砂泥互層（タービダイト）です。圧縮による層理面の変形の様子など観察でき、地層形成の理解に役立ちます。
ポットホールが大小多数あるので、その潮だまりにいる生物にふれるだけでも十分楽しいですが、干潮の時刻を見計らっていくと、潮間帯の生物を多く見ることができます。
観察される際にはライフジャケットを必ず着用の上、波に十分に気を付けてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フォトスポットとしても、子供と磯遊びさせる場所にも良し！!市の企画でウェディングフォトなどにも使っていた場所で、コスプレ写真にも映えるのでは?むつ市のジオパークの１つになっています。ただ満潮と干潮の時間をキチンと調べて行かないと駄目です?むつ市側から行くと、小さい看板が道路に立ててあるので、見落とさず!入り口も狭いので大きい車で入るときは注意です?

It's one of the Geoparks in Mutsu City. However, you have to check the time of high tide and low tide carefully ?
