坂	坂本純一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 学校給食や弁当販売もやっておられますが、オイラは千鳥さんの仕出し料理しか知らないのでそちらについてコメントします。千鳥さんは自宅でお祝い事や法事をする時にお願いする仕出し屋さんです。広島では昔から仕出し料理で一流どころと言えば千鳥さんでした。まぁ今では、仕出しと言っても配達された大量のお料理の上げ下げと食器容器の回収、お汁物の準備配膳が在り家人の負担が大変なので段々と自宅でやらずに料亭や旅館・割烹で行うように成っていますね。そうは言ってもお家でやりたい時もあり仕出し料理をお願いします。料金は一人前で10,000円強から6,000円程度です。先日は広島の実家でひさびさ懐石膳を十数人前お願いしましたが、なかなか豪華で美味しく良かったですよ。まぁ料亭やホテル・旅館でやるよりかなり安上がりだし気兼ねなく出来るので仕出しの方が好まれるケースも有りますね。そう言えば京都のお茶屋さんのお料理は殆ど仕出しでしたね。 I also do school lunches and bento sales, but Oira knows only Chidori's catered food, so I will comment on that. り	りわとぬさ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 町内会の行事や法要や行楽など仕出し弁当をお願いしたことがあります。主人の実家は市内でも田舎にあるので、自宅での法事の仕出しを名の知れた仕出し屋さん数件に依頼しても遠いからと断られて、地元の個人商店に頼んで作ってもらっていました。しかし、高い割に美味しくない！そこで、私が結婚前に仕出しは千鳥を利用していたので千鳥にも聞いてみたところ快く受けていただきました。ただし、5万円以上の注文でないといけないみたいですが。弁当価格は内容に応じてさまざまです。法要の手土産も手巻き寿司や果物や海苔缶などあります。吸い物と茶碗蒸しは温かい状態で届きます。お椀やスプーンは一緒に持ってきてくれるのでこちらが用意する必要はありません。お刺身は別パックで保冷されてて配膳直前にパックごと弁当容器へ入れるだけなのでとても楽チンです。お椀など洗わなくてもいいし、残しても容器ごとゴミもそのまま持って帰ってくれるので後片づけもなくストレスフリーです。持って帰る方用にパックと風呂敷もサービスで付いています。子供用のお弁当や仕出し料理もありとても満足できるものでした。法要時に親戚からも評判良かったです。 I have asked for catered lunches for neighborhood association events, memorial services, and excursions.
