G	Gorae Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed going to Chiba-chan with my friends until I noticed how rude the servers could be if you don't have a Japanese person accompanying you. My friend and I sat down and ordered our food and drinks at once, so we wouldn't have to bother the servers anymore. 2 other groups came in right after us and sat right next to us and behind us. We waited 20 minutes without anything on our table, not even drinks or the Otōshi they usually serve, while the 2 groups that came after us were getting all their food and drinks. One of the groups ordered the exact same food and even got their second glass of drinks that they ordered after they got their food. The server was passing by our table multiple times to bring the food for the two tables, but did not even seem to care. I had to check whether they didn't receive our order, and we finally got our drinks after that. The ice in the drinks were already melting and they brought our food one by one every 15 minutes after we got our drinks. I understand that Izakaya is a very busy place at dinner time, and I appreciate all the servers for doing their jobs, but I think this was simply rude and disrespectful. I personally don't recommend foreign exchange students to visit on their own unless you have a Japanese friend accompanying you.

The drinks are moderately priced, and overall the environment feels comfortable. Polite staff, who are patient with Japanese novices.

L	LONG PHAM HAI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A spacious restaurant located at the 2nd floor. The staffs are really friendly. +1 for their services. There is menu in Vietnamese and English too. The price is reasonable as the portion of 1 course is huge. I would recommend the big karaage set or the wings and bean sprouts with stewed pork. This restaurant is very suitable for drinking and gathering with friends.

The all you can drink ? menu (3000y/p) is good, and come with a lot of food. Everything is mega size. Food is cheap, drinks are normal, maybe a bit expensive. I really enjoy coming at Chibachan for the karaage boat ?. You may have to wait for your orders as it’s always crowded.
