質、量共に最適で、とても良かった。
直前予約で、誕生日ケーキは間に合わなかったが、代わりにデザートの受け皿へチョコレートでのメッセージデコレーションと、蝋燭をさした一口サイズのチョコケーキを用意してくれた。
自家製パンも、出し惜しみなくおかわりできるのが、良い。

結構芦屋で色々行ってても気づかなかったお店。
ずっとガレットを食べたいなと思っていたので伺ってみました。
ですので、ガレットランチ一択です。

まずはスープの到着です。
うまく野菜の味を引き出しているのか濃い味付けではないのですが
きっちり野菜の甘みが出ており美味しいなぁという印象です。
ガレットは見た目も野菜の盛り付けも綺麗で鮮やかです。
これだけ野菜が乗っていればサラダとガレットのワンプレートみたいな感じです。
野菜だけ食べても美味しいですし、ガレットも程よい塩加減で
そば粉の味とベーコンの塩分と旨味が感じられます。
また、周りにチーズと胡椒がちらしてあり
それをつけると味を変えて楽しめます。
そして意外とお腹が膨れるのです。
金額だけ見るとサラリーマンランチには高いですが
食べる値打ちはあるなと思います。
ほんと、他のメニューも食べてみたいなと思える味でした。
