塚	塚口佑季 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古マンションを購入しフルリフォームをしました。他社と比較しましたが来店時の対応や提案して頂いたプランがとてもよかったのでこちらに決めました。何度か打ち合わせのためお店に伺いましたが毎回気持ちの良い接客で居心地がよく、子連れで来店した際も優しくして頂きました。特に担当の野崎さんにはすごくお世話になりました。親身になって一緒に考えてくださる方で相談もしやすかったですし、野崎さんのおかげで納得のいく仕上がりになりました。施行中は度々現場に足を運んで進捗状況を知らせてくださったり、引き渡し後に不具合があった際も迅速に対応して頂き本当に助かりました。唯一残念だったのは、現場監督が頼りなかったことです…。共働きで子どもが小さい事もあり現場へ何度も行くことができなかったので現場監督を信頼して任せていましたが、チェックの甘さとプロ意識の低さが目立ちました。他が良かっただけにそこが本当に残念でした。工事を担当して下さった職人さんは丁寧な方が多く、最終的な仕上がりはとても満足しています。またリフォームをする機会があれば利用したいです。 I bought a second-hand condominium and did a full renovation. 伊	伊藤誠 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 築26年のマンションで、ユニットバスと洗面室のリフォームを施工していただきました。メーカーのショールームを3社と販売店のショールーム2社見学させていただいて、3社に相見積りを取りました。結果的に、接客と見積り金額でナサホームさんに決めました。泉が丘のショールームでいろいろ相談させていただき、TOTOのユニットバスとTOCLAS(ヤマハ)の洗面台にしました。ほっからり床は、少し時間がたつと水分が流れます。思っていたよりは、少し遅いですが水がたまらないので清潔です。浴槽は、同じ金額でワンランク上のものにしていただくことができました。思っていたよりは、保温効果があります。頭の上に、風呂蓋が設置されるのが嫌でネットで磁石で取り外し可能な風呂蓋ホルダーを購入いたしました。石鹸置きもネットで購入しました。バスルームの壁面は、大理石調でマグネットがどこにでもつきますので便利です。洗面台は、バケツが置けるくらいのものを探していて最初はTOTOで決めていたのですが、ショールームの案内のお嬢さんにTOCLAS紹介していただいて決めました。以前ついていたTOTOの洗面台は陶器でできていて硬いものを落とした時に、ひびが入ってしまいました。 TOCLASの洗面台は、樹脂ですが高級感があり気に入っています。担当営業の方も、毎日来ていただいて、職人さんに的確な指示を出していらっしゃいました。本来は☆５つなのですが、一人だけ口の悪い職人さんがいらっしゃったので4つです。大工さん・ユニットバスの組立・クロス、床貼りの職人さんは皆さん、腕が良く大変満足しています。これらも、お世話になると思います。ありがとうございました。 We had you renovate the unit bath and washroom in a 26-year-old condominium.
