Isn't it better to rewrite the lunch sign on the table immediately? The pasta is served with a lot of volume and is satisfying to eat. It costs 1320 yen with soup, salad, pasta and coffee.

It was an exchange that I could see the circumstances of the Corona shop, but I completed the reservation in a way that matched the shop and arrived earlier than the reservation time. The food for this day is as follows. Marinated sardines Provence style ... The umami of fresh sardines, the acidity of vinegar, and the moderate sweetness are very delicious. Beef cheek meat stewed in red wine, served with charred flour focaccia ... With plenty of vegetables from Iwate prefecture, the cheek meat is settled in the middle. I ordered red wine with this dish. The owner's recommendation is that the natural wine (Vin Naturel), which eliminates additives as much as possible, goes well with the cassis in the sauce. Alcohol is a good match for cooking. Focaccia uses a rare "burnt flour", and although I was full at the end, I ate the sauce with focaccia until the last drop. Monte Bianco ... The last is Mont Blanc. The image of a mountain (Mont Blanc) covered with snow (cream), and the marron paste inside and the cream are well-balanced. The rich flavor of Mont Blanc is poured with black tea, but the tea is Mariage Frères. This is the finest black tea that is also used in JAL's first class. Of course, I feel great after eating. Finally, the shop owner came to greet me again and talked about various things. This kind of consideration is good. It's a pity that the customers haven't returned due to the corona to serve such good food. I would like to support Morioka so that the burning Italian fire will not go out. It's unbelievably reasonable in Tokyo, so when you come next time, I definitely want to try the top course of 11,000 yen.
