店長らしき人物はレジに立っていても笑顔もなければ、買ったあとに「ありがとうございます」の一言もなく、お金を受け取りお釣りは女性店員に渡して無言。
１度や２度ではなく、何度か出掛けて同じような対応をしているのを見ているので、もう二度と行かない。何か気分が悪くなる。
シャトレーゼは他にもあるしね。
All the female clerk are very friendly and feel good
The person who seems to be the store manager does not smile even when standing at the cash register, does not say "Thank you" after buying, receives the money and hands the change to the female clerk silently.
I've seen him go out several times and do the same thing, not once or twice, so I'll never go again. I feel sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お土産ようにと、数が数はこになるので明日引き取りに来たいと話ていると、翌日予約はできません❗とのこと、それなら今買って帰ると伝えると最初は大丈夫有るようなことだったなのに結局全然足らなく、箱入りしてある品を手にして賞味期限が4日迄しかありませんけどって、…(￣^￣)とにかく上から目線の対応をされた。去年はちゃんと予約注文やってくれたのになね。
Like souvenirs, the number is so small that if you say that you want to come back tomorrow, you can't make a reservation the next day. Even though it was not enough at all, I got the boxed item and got the expiration date only up to 4 days, but ... (￣ ^ ￣) Anyway, from the top I was responding to my eyes. アイスクリームの単品が、無いのが残念でした。

味は工場生産なのでそれなりと言ったところ。
店員さんの態度が結構素っ気なく、3回に1回はイライラする。（楢原店同様）
入口直ぐに大き目の台があり、かなり邪魔。
歩行困難者や、出入りが重なったりするとホント邪魔。
車いすは不可と思える。
