な	なな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シャトレーゼは大好きで鶴ヶ島店をよく利用しますが、日曜日の午前中、店内とても混んでいました。カゴいっぱいに商品を入れレジへ。忙しいからなのか、女性店員の対応がとても悪く、スキャンした商品を次々力強くテーブルへ。プラスチックケースに入った和菓子が中で振動で揺れていました。包装も、ガシャガシャと音を立てる程です。その乱暴な商品の扱いにガッカリしました。楽しみにシャトレーゼ行き、帰りはとても気分が悪く帰りました。もっと、自社の商品を大切に扱うべきです。次回は違う店舗に行こうと思います。 I love Chateraise and often use the Tsurugashima store, but it was very crowded on Sunday morning. C	CANAPeきゃな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の午後に利用しました。以前この近くにシャトレーゼが有ったのですが無くなってしまい、その後こちらにまた新しく出来たようです。駐車場も広くなりましたが昔に比べるとかなり混むようになり駐車場待ちで道路まで車列が伸びることもしばしばあり時間を外して利用したほうがいいかもしれません。オススメは商品はダブルシューとカップ入りのいそべ餅です。この2つを買っておけば外れはないでしょう。他にもアイス類は懐かしいモノの復刻版みたいなやつが沢山あるのでそちらもオススメです。 I used it on Sunday afternoon.
