The flagship store in Ginza is the most convenient location to shop at for the duty free option because they can do everything at once, which saves a lot of time. The espresso is delicious and took me right back to Paris! I was really impressed with their prompt service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going there after a long pandemic period to watch a traditional bag I found a degraded service: preceding customers touching a lot the bags we are looking for, and those were the unique pieces available in that shop, WITHOUT GLOVES! After that the staff gave them to us without cleaning them at all. So low professional behavior for this luxury brand. We didn’t touch them at all!
