★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東久留米の老舗洋菓子店です。控えめな甘さ、上品な味わいで、ケーキも大変美味しいです！個人的にはなかでもマカロンがオススメ。大きく、絶妙な食感がクセになるほど、めちゃくちゃ美味しい！毎月一回は購入してます。
オーナーはなんと、この道５５年の大ベテラン！奥様も気さくで、明るく、会話が楽しい！いつも活気に溢れて、市民に愛されているお店です。
 It is a long-established pastry shop in Higashikurume. With a modest sweetness and taste, the cake is very delicious! I personally recommend macaroons. The big and exquisite texture is so delicious! We purchase once a month.
The owner is a great veteran of this road 55 years! The wife is friendly, cheerful and conversation is fun! It is always a vibrant and loved by citizens.

とにかく滑らかさが足りず、ざらざらした食感が口に残る。エアリー感は好みによると思うが、おかげで濃厚さは感じられない。量の割に価格もお高め。
レビューを見るとケーキが人気のお店だったようで後悔。
次はケーキを試してみようと思いますが生チョコレートのリピは無いです。
I bought raw chocolate, but ... not good.

Looking at the reviews, it seems that cake was a popular shop and I regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マカロンが人気らしい。確かに種類が豊富です。息子はザッハがお気に入り。本物のザッハトルテと比べるとスポンジ多めなのが残念な気はしますが、味のバランスは一級品だと思います。年配のご夫婦で経営されている感じの良いお店です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ケーキの生地がとにかくフワッフワでやばい。持ち帰りには注意が必要なくらい、食べるとフワフワ♪ お祝いごとなどの食事会には、必ずここでケーキを買うようにしています。そしてタルトもやばいくらい美味しい。ちょっと値段は高めかもですが、FMひがしくるめのClubくるめらカードを見せると５％オフしてくれました。東久留米のブランドケーキになりつつあると思います。

ポイントカードは有効期限一年、500円で1スタンプ。
