新しんとしての営業になったそうです。
最初の頃は福しんとほぼ同一メニューでの提供だと思いますが、少しずつ新しん独自のメニューも取り入れていくのではないでしょうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行きたかった中華やが行列のため諦め、チャーハンがどうしても食べたくてこちらに来ました。
パラパラ系よりしっとり系が好きですが こちらのチャーハンはねっちゃり系でした。

スタッフの方がコロナを意識しすぎているのが気になりました。
カウンターだけなので、近距離なので気を遣うのは分かりますが、客としては安心感も欲しいです。
Chinese noodles are delicious.

「チャーハンおとも。」このフレーズ。
安定と信頼の美味しさとボリューム。
地元を離れても帰ってくると食べたくなる思い出の味です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日13時来店。昭和感漂うカウンターだけのやや狭めの店内。ラーメンと半チャーハンのBセット680円を注文(15時まで650円)。手揉みラーメンは昭和の味付け。胡椒入れるとやや旨味がアップ。半チャーハンはパラパラしていました。コロナ対策あり、入口に消毒液、カウンターは2人分ごとに仕切りあり。
2階に上がる階段があるが、2階はトイレ。
Visited at 13:00 on weekdays. The inside of the store is a little narrow with only a counter with a Showa era feeling. I ordered a B set of ramen and half fried rice for 680 yen (650 yen until 15:00). Hand-kneaded ramen is seasoned in the Showa era. Add pepper to improve the taste. Half fried rice was fluttering. There is a corona measure, a disinfectant solution at the entrance, and a counter for every two people.
There is a staircase that goes up to the 2nd floor, but the 2nd floor is a toilet.
