蕎麦自体もこしがあり出汁も美味しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 更科そばのもりそばを食べるならオススメ。鯖節、宗田節が効いたつゆで、いつも良い仕事をしていると感じる。但し、一般的な甘めなつゆが好きな人には向かないと感じる。
唐揚げ定食冷たいそばが最高に美味い。米も大切に炊いてあり美味い。唐揚げも美味い。付いてくる小鉢もいつも楽しみ。ワクワクする素晴らしい店といつも感じる。
改装工事がそろそろ始まり2021年11月頃再開らしいがその頃は新そばの時期になると思うので新そばの時期しか味わえないこの店の味が楽しみで仕方がない。
Recommended if you want to eat Morisoba from Sarashina soba. I feel that I always do a good job with the soup with mackerel and soda. However, I feel that it is not suitable for people who like general sweet soup.
Fried chicken set meal Cold soba is the best. The rice is also carefully cooked and delicious. The fried chicken is also delicious. I'm always looking forward to the small bowl that comes with it. It always feels like an exciting and wonderful store.
It seems that the renovation work is about to begin and will resume around November 2021, but I think it will be the time for new soba, so I can't help but look forward to the taste of this restaurant, which can only be enjoyed during the time for new soba.
