Y	Yumiko IUCHI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皆さん、電話応対の評価が低いですが、私が利用した時は、他の会社と変わらない対応でした。観光のため、2時間の時間貸切で予約して利用しましたが、当日のドライバーさんは、今までタクシーを利用した中で最も素晴らしいドライバーさんでした。電話予約時、家族に車いす利用者がいるので、ユニバーサルデザイン(UD)タクシーを希望したところ、「当日の混雑状況次第なので、確約はできません。」と言われましたが、当日は、UDタクシーで来て下さり、車いすの乗せ降ろしや、本人の座席への乗り降りもスムーズに行くよう配慮して下さいました。もともとは、真田氏歴史館だけを見る予定でしたが、運転手さんが「時間に余裕があるので、真田本城跡も行けますよ。」と連れて行って下さり、当日の晴天のおかげで、本城跡からは北アルプスや立山連峰も見え、素晴らしい眺めを堪能できました。運転中には、上田の地理や歴史について、わかりやすく解説して下さり、とても楽しめました。タクシーを時間貸切で利用したのは初めてでしたが、その土地に詳しいドライバーさんに案内してもらうと、短い時間でも、充分に観光ができて楽しかったので、上田を再訪する機会があれば、ぜひまた利用したいです。ドライバーのＳさん、本当にありがとうございました。 Everyone has a low reputation for telephone service, but when I used it, it was just like any other company.
