It was a monument that I didn't understand well, but because it was a loyal soul, it might have revived a person who was exiled in the end of the Edo period, Nissin, Russo, Japan, China, or the Great East Asia War.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 忠義をつくした英霊にたいする石碑です。碑文は『陸軍大臣』、モニュメントは『海軍(桜に錨)』、鷲は海軍航空隊を意味するのでしょうか？。建立されたあとの様々な歴史を感じます。
It is a stone monument for the spirit of loyalty. Does the inscription mean "Minister of the Army", the monument means "Navy (anchor to cherry blossoms)", and the eagle means Naval Air Corps? .. I feel various history after it was erected.
