保険会社とのやりとりなど分かりづらいことばかりなので、周りに困っている友人がいたらおススメさせて頂きたいと思います。

相手方が無車検・無保険というレアケースだったにもかかわらず、院長先生が細かいところまで調べてくださり、とても親身になって対応していただきました。スタッフの方々にも丁寧に対応していただき、精神的な面でもとても癒されました。
I was taken care of by the sprain of the cervical spine and lumbar spine caused by a passenger car accident.
Even though the other party was a rare case of no vehicle inspection and no insurance, the director-sensei investigated the details and responded very kindly. The staff also responded politely, and I was very healed mentally.
