y	y l on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 驚くほど高圧的な接客を受けました。店員さんに花束を注文していたら、それを遮るように横から別の方に「あとで来てくれます！？」と激しい口調で言われ、何事かと固まっていると「ご予約いただいてるんで、あとで来てください」と迷惑そうに言われました。事前にホームページを見てから行きましたが、電話で予約をしてから店に来いとはどこにも書いてありませんでした。店の外の壁にはそのような文言が貼ってありましたが、誰もが気づくようなものではありませんでした。あれだけで、あそこまで高圧的な言い方をされたのはとても納得できません。普通の口調で、「本当は予約が必要だが３０分後でよければご用意します」と来店時に伝えていただければよかったのではないでしょうか？予約が立て込んでいて忙しかったのかもしれませんが、何も知らないこちらとしては本当に驚き、ショックを受けました。お祝いの花束だったのに残念でなりません。もう二度と行きませんし、他の方も行かない方がいいと思いますのでレビューを書きました。 I received a surprisingly high pressure customer service. It may have been busy with reservations, but I was really surprised and shocked because I didn't know anything about it. It's a shame that it was a festive bouquet. I will never go again, and I think it is better not to go to other people, so I wrote a review.
