★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ANAマイカーバレサービスを利用しまたが、最悪でした。車は屋根ガレージ外に9日間泊められて、大変汚れました。確かに洗車はいらないと要望したが、その原因は機械式だったので、車は傷付きます。外に止まったせいで後ろのドアのとこ凹みました。何度も何度も駐車場に電話して、そちらのANAスーパーフライアズにも電話で話したけれども、みんな責任持ちませんことをびっくりしました。ANAもか！ホームページにははっきりと屋根ガレージにて、駐車場中の傷は損害賠償しますと、書いてるのに、誰も責任取らなかったことはこれってANAっていう大企業の対応ですか？無責任過ぎてませんか？ANAホームページにあるサービスだから、最後までボールを蹴らないで綺麗にやっていただけますでしょか？もう今回の件ではっきり言ってANAを利用することはもう二度ない！ガッカリしました。お客さんが消えてく事は残念でたまりません。機内サービスも機体も他の会社と比べたら、進歩してないままですよ、私が全日空大好きだったのに....今回の件はあんまりにも酷すぎて、ちなみに電話で対応された方は三浦さんという女性でしたが、なんも意味がなかった。事情聴取と説明は2回もいらないから、無駄.,.
このパーキングも再利用することはありません！ちなみに9日間の駐車料金は13.890円でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、積雪があった1月に利用。出庫時、車上や前を丁寧に雪かきしてあり好感が持てました。ドライバーや、係りの方もとても親切です。固定式で駐車場の大きさもそれほど広くないので、目が届きやすそうで安心して置けました。

送迎車は古いし、利用者２組とも北ウィングだったのに南ウィングまでしか送ってくれない。しかもドライバーは感じが悪い。到着してからもなかなか迎えに来てくれない。
トイレは清潔とは言えない。
多分、もう使うことは無い。

カギを預けて別場所に移動される方式は、安いけれどもトラブルもあるようなので、固定式を選びました。
従業員の皆さんの雰囲気が良く、気持ちよく利用できました。
屋根付きを選んだのですが、大きめの３ナンバーだと幅はギリギリ、鼻先はハミ出ます。
上部に隙間があるし、扉も無いので、青空駐車でも十分だと思います。
機械洗車０円、ワックス洗車500円とのことなので、むしろ「青空＋洗車」の方がお得かも。
お迎えのマイクロは、他の人が既に呼んで待ち合わせ場所に来ていることもあります。
大きく社名が書いてあるので、見つけたら乗り込んで名前を言えば大丈夫みたいです。
帰りは道を迂回するので少し遠いですが、送迎車に乗っているだけなので問題ありません。
自分のクルマの前で降ろしてくれました。

こちらでなくお隣のパーキング。

こちらは安かろう悪かろうです。
受付のおばさんはとても感じ悪く、愛想の欠片もありません。
長距離を運転してきたので、こちらに着いて送迎バスに乗る前にお手洗いを借りたいと伝えたら、もうバスがすぐ出るからと感じ悪く急かされました。
別にギリギリで到着した訳でもないし、
到着してからモタモタしていた訳でもないのに、
何であんな感じの悪い言い方するんでしょう？
帰りの迎えのバスも、こちらにシートベルト着用を促す訳でもなく、そのまま凄いスピードで発車。空港の構内で30キロ制限の道でも60キロくらい出していて、本当に怖かったです。
