t	tetsuhito shoji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 空手はケガをしそうなイメージがありますが、この空手道場は型を中心としているので、組手によるケガは発生しないようにしているので、息子や娘が通っています。また、体力に合わせたプログラムなので、生涯スポーツとして楽しめる流派だと思います。土曜日15時～の見学がおすすめです。 There is an image that karate might be injured, but since this karate dojo is centered on the mold, I try to prevent injuries by kumite, so my son and daughter are passing. Also, since it is a program tailored to physical fitness, I think it is a school that can be enjoyed as a lifelong sport. We recommend visiting from 15:00 on Saturday.

People of all ages participate in the Okinawa Goju-Ryu Karatedo, which has been handed down for a long time, at their own pace. The instructors and other seniors will guide you carefully, so it's very easy to get there. This is a dojo recommended for those who are new to exercise or who want to learn martial arts.
