S	San 's on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4階ホールのキャパは狭い。(以下、4Fホールの説明) 8:50まで、観客だけでなく利用するスタッフも入れない。これは非常に不満。「9:00からホール利用可」との事だが、スタッフも入れないのでは、実質9:00～の講演や発表会などは出来ない。また、いかにも都営の無愛想なスタッフだらけで、知らずに準備の為に8:50より前にホールへ入ろうとすると、もの凄い勢いで怒られる。ホール控室は、実質無いのと同じ。幼稚園の発表会などの利用時には注意。利用スタッフによるムービー・写真撮影は、最後方の真ん中2席をムービー、その前の2席をスチール(写真)、さらにその前の2席を空けて(空けないとスチール撮影に前の2席観客が写り込んでしまう)合計6席を使う必要がある。本来は最後方真ん中の3列を使いたいが、席の並びが偶数なので、その狭い2席x3列(可能ならば横4席×3列にしたい)となる。エレベーター前に喫煙ルーム有り。地下の都営駐車場からエレベーターで4Fまで上がれる。駐車料金ほか駐車場詳細は写真参照。 The capacity of the 4th floor hall is small. Also, there are a lot of unfriendly Toei staff, and if you try to enter the hall before 8:50 to prepare without knowing it, you will get angry with tremendous momentum. The hall waiting room is virtually nonexistent. Be careful when using it for kindergarten presentations. For movies and photos taken by the staff, the last two seats are movies, the two seats in front of them are still (photo), and the two seats in front of them are vacant (if they are not vacant, the two seats in front of the audience will be still shooting). It is necessary to use a total of 6 seats. Originally, I would like to use the 3 rows in the middle of the back, but since the seats are even-numbered, the narrow 2 seats x 3 rows (preferably 4 horizontal seats x 3 rows). n	nori tomo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4階のホールで開催された落語会へ行きました。キャパシティは狭いですが、かえって落語には丁度よい大きさでした。客席の段差もしっかりあって見やすかったです。緞帳がかわいい。 I went to a rakugo party held in the hall on the 4th floor.
