1番の問題点は同じ要件で連絡しているのに対応した男性職員と電話で対応した女性が言っている事が違う。
また職員が連絡しますと言った日に
連絡が来ない。
違う不動産会社を利用することを

オーナー様からは、部屋の脱臭、壁の張替え、コーティングの提案をいただきましたが、根本的な解決にはならないと判断し解約。
ホルムアルデヒトを超えていることに対する契約時の瑕疵責任はないとのことで違約金も全て払いました。
同じ境遇にならないためにも十分にお気をつけください。
