★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保険業界って変な人多いと私は感じるが、ここの代理店もそうだった。ここの会社に私は保険の相談をしていたのだが、営業の人は全く問題ないどころかかなりの高印象だった。
がここの事務職なのか知らんが、いかにもおばちゃんという感じの声の中年女性の電話対応は、そういう営業の努力を全部吹き飛ばす位レベルが低くかった。
簡単に言えば接客のせの字も知らない様な人が電話に出た。その時の応対に非常に腹が立った私は、ここで契約するのを取りやめました。
可哀想なのはしっかりした営業がいても、こういう人のせいで営業の努力が無になる。そういう客の対応もまともに出来ない非常識な人に電話番をさせている責任者はその辺を良く考えたほうが良い。
 I feel that the insurance industry is strange, but so was the agency here. I was consulting insurance for the company here, but the sales person was quite impressed rather than having no problem at all.
I don't know if it's the clerical job here, but the middle-aged female phone response that seems to be an aunt is so low that it blows away all such marketing efforts.
To put it simply, a person who doesn't know the letter of customer service answered the phone. I was very angry with the response at that time, and I canceled my contract here.
I am sorry to say that even if there is a solid business, such a person makes it difficult to do business. The person responsible for letting an insane person who can't handle such customers decently should think about that.
