店長さんがお年のためピザを作るのが大変なこともあるようです。
店内はテーブル２つと一人掛け４つほどです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元で愛されてきた窯焼きピザ店を近くの別の場所でやっていらっしゃったママさんです。なんと飲食店歴60年だそうです。最近こちらにご縁で新規オープンされたそうです。
注文を受けてから生地をコネコネ。今は特殊なオーブンで焼いてます。
バランス良く具材がちりばめられたチーズたっぷりのピザをパリッと頂いた瞬間にこの味は！！生粋の横浜ハマっ子だった父親によく連れて行かれた関内の老舗イタリアンレストランの味(戦後当初はアメリカ進駐軍の社交場)を思い出しました。とても美味しく懐かしい味わいでした。
