もつ鍋塩味と酢もつ食べましたが、どちらもモツを洗って3日位たった味で残念でした。
もつの臭みが抜けてないですね。

このお店は福島県郡山市のお店で、博多のお店は「もつ元」です。
提供しているもつ鍋は北海道産です。
なので塩でいただくのが風味とふんわり感を味わえて良いかと。
福島県のお店だけあって、様々な馬刺しが食べられます。
ロースとももは辛みそ、霜降りは醤油が合います。
馬刺しは会津産メインかと思います。
日本酒に最高の組み合わせです。
その日本酒が季節などによって仕入れが変わるようで、自分が行ったときは、刈穂、上喜元、泉川、と、なかなか通好みな銘柄をそろえています。
飛露喜ではなく泉川というのがニヤリとさせてくれます。

グラスのあまりの汚さにビックリ！
店員さんに、交換してもらいましたが…また、次に持って来てもらったらグラスもマタマタ汚い！
あなたも、こんなグラスで飲みたいですか？と思わず聞き返しました、その店員さんは、はぁ〜としか答えず、また、グラスを交換しに行きました。
その間に、瓶ビールは、せん抜かれたまま、新しくグラスがきましたが、食べる気も失い、はじめに頼んでいた、2品のみでやめました。
あんなに汚れていても気にせず出せるのがスゴイと思いました。
